Jennifer Weigel

Jennifer Weigel is a mixed media artist who works in a wide range of media to convey her ideas, including assemblage, drawing, fibers, installation, jewelry, painting, performance and video.  Much of her work touches on themes of beauty, identity (especially as it pertains to gender identity), memory & forgetting, and institutional critique.  Feel free to check out her work on her website here.
Weigel is currently celebrating her 10-year anniversary as a practicing visual artist since her 2002 graduation from Webster University and has created a yearlong “party blog” featuring raffles, eBay auctions and other exclusive events.  Please join in the celebration here.
